Choose your proof ?
Our pre-press department checks your files upon receipt to ensure they comply with our industry standards, such as the finished format, CMYK, Pantone, selective varnish and/or foil stamping placement, bleed (minimum 3 mm, recommended 5 mm), presence of cut lines, and cutting path (creasing and cutting).
We process proofs during our normal business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
When we know you have an imminent delivery deadline, we will do everything in our power to ensure that your order is dispatched on time.
If your proof is not approved and changes need to be made before printing can take place, your order will be reprocessed and the turnaround time will be recalculated based on your final approval..
It is your responsibility to reply by email to validate and approve your proof..
No print order will be sent without your express prior approval, whether you choose a digital proof or a paper proof.
We recommend that you add contact@imprimeurduroi.com to your email's ‘approved senders’ list to ensure that you always receive order updates from our system.

ALL paper proofs are digitally printed and do not reflect the finished product 100% (offset printing, Pantone colours, etc.).
Paper proofs do not include certain finishing, assembly and cutting options (with some exceptions).
Paper proofs of folded leaflets are produced on a plotter on 90 gsm offset paper for all formats larger than 32 x 45 cm..
How to check and approve your proof?
The Proof is the final stage for you to check the spelling, layout of text and/or images, bleed areas and cut lines..
Digital proofs do not show transparency or overprinting issues, nor colour shifts resulting from the conversion of RGB or Pantone spot colours to CMYK.
Proofs must be approved by 2 p.m. for printing to be scheduled on the same day, depending on the workload schedule..
For proofs approved after 2 p.m., printing will be scheduled for the next working day.
Please open your proof in Adobe Reader rather than in your web browser. There may be display issues with browsers.
We are not responsible for delays in the order caused by your failure to approve the proof.
