Some situations may warrant repair, damaged goods and/or printing defects.
You have a period of 30 days from receipt of the goods (in the case of a multiple order, the period runs from receipt of the last product).

As printed products are custom printed and clearly personalised according to the customer's specifications; in accordance with the provisions of article L 121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer does not have the option of requesting a refund after delivery of the order.

Damaged packaging

In the event of a damaged parcel caused by the carrier, please follow the procedure below, specifying your order number, the reason for your complaint and photos to illustrate your claim.:

  • Take a photo of the damaged parcel with the carrier label in evidence (IMPORTANT)
  • Send photos to contact@imprimeurduroi.com
  • Internal opening of a quality error file and launch of a complaints procedure with the carrier.
  • Sending of a re-shipment label for quality control and possible re-printing.

IMPORTANT:
As soon as we receive the return label, you have 30 days to send us the goods. After this period, your complaint will not be taken into account and your order will be considered as compliant..
If the quantity of defective goods exceeds 10%, we will offer you a voucher.
If more than 10% of goods are faulty, we will restart production..

Printing error

If a fault is detected, please follow the procedure below:

  • Count copies with printing and/or finishing and/or finishing defects.
  • Send a photo of any copies with this defect to contact@imprimeurduroi.com
  • Internal opening of a quality error file and sending of a colissimo label for re-shipment of the copies concerned.
  • As soon as we receive the return parcel, our quality department will check for any defects and send out a production run of the required number of copies.

IMPORTANT:
As soon as we receive the return label, you have 30 days to send us the goods..
For orders of less than 10%, we will offer you a voucher..
If more than 10% of our products are faulty, we restart production..

Standard products

For standard products (not printed) and in accordance with legal provisions (Hamon Law), the customer has a withdrawal period of 30 days from receipt of the goods (in the case of a multiple order, the period runs from receipt of the last product)..

In the event of withdrawal, the customer must :
- fill in the withdrawal (an acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to the customer)
- return the product to the address indicated to you after validation by our services.

Products must be returned with all accessories in their properly protected packaging.
As soon as the return is registered by our services (proof of return of the product may be requested), the customer will be reimbursed by the original means of payment for the full amount paid within 14 days. The cost of the return is borne by the customer and varies according to the weight of the parcel.
