The Dibond® is an "Aluminum Composite Panel". The brand is owned and manufactured by 3A Composites. It has a sandwich structure where two aluminum plates are heat-bonded to a solid polyethylene core plate. The Dibond is lighter than aluminum, but it has been designed to keep its rigidity and flatness. It is stainless, rot-proof, resistant to corrosion, UV and shock. Dibond plates are usually offered with a thickness of 3 mm or 5 mm. It is used in many fields by professionals in decoration, in the building, for POS advertising, inside or outside signage and as an advertising or directional sign.
