The class 2 yellow retroreflective panel corresponds to the performance class of the French normative reference for the installation of panels outside built-up areas and in built-up areas.
With a retroreflectivity of 180 Cd/Lux per square metre when new and a durability of 10 years, it is mandatory for all signs and panels above 2 metres in height, as well as all type AB signs and the panels that complement them.
The retroreflective 3mm or 5mm dibond panel is used on high traffic roads where the speed limit is raised to 70km/h for both type J beacons and all signs mounted on PPHMs (Porticos, Potencias and High Masts)

1 - DIBOND® PANEL

DDIBOND®, the leading brand of aluminium composite panels, consists of two 0.3 mm or 0.5 mm thick aluminium facings and a polyethylene or mineral core. Lightweight, extremely rigid and stable, it is the ideal material for interior and exterior applications. DIBOND® is used in the signage industry.

2 - NF CERTIFIED CLASS 2 RETROREFLECTIVE FILM

Avery Dennison T-6500-A High Intensity Microprismatic (HIP) Series Class 2 retroreflective film is a high quality, durable, retroreflective film for permanent and temporary signage. Its unique microprismatic construction provides a high level of retroreflectivity for demanding traffic control situations. The T-6500-A series sheeting is an omnidirectional microprismatic film that incorporates microprismatic tiles arranged in multiple orientations. This feature ensures uniform visual reflectivity in all orientations of the panel face.
The retroreflection is applied to the entire surface of the sign, except for the black parts composed of vinyl lettering in accordance with Article 13-1st part of the Interministerial Instruction on road signs.

3 - VINYL LETTERING

We offer the possibility to choose 2 types of vinyl to be glued on the yellow class 2 retroreflective film.
White matt removable vinyl with a duration of 1 year, offers the advantage of easily removing the signs without altering the retroreflective film and thus reusing the sign with new signs.
Permanent matt white vinyl with a 3 year life span, offers the advantage of avoiding any degradation thanks to its strong adhesive. It is difficult to remove the information without damaging the retroreflective film.

The files you send us after payment of your order will be saved in ".PDF" format, to ensure the printing of your panels.
The text in black must appear on each of your files (e.g.: construction site indication, deviation with mention, deviation direction, directional arrow(s), etc...) corresponding to the number of signs.
Our prepress services ensure, free of charge, that the files sent with your order correspond perfectly to the order placed and are adapted to our production tools.
