Set up and order online customised printing and shaping of frames, signs and 3D lettering on FOREX® COLOR expanded PVC sheet in red, blue, grey or black in thicknesses of 3mm, 5mm, 8mm, 10mm or 19mm.

Get your printing and die-cutting custom quote on FOREX® COLOR foamex by filling in the customisation tabs for quantity, models, format (within the limits of available formats), printing colours on both sides and/or recto verso or without printing, anti-graffiti lamination (anti-tag, anti-scratch), velleda lamination, gloss or matt anti-UV lamination, choice of substrate (from the list), cut-out (square corners, round corners, complex shape or 3D lettering) and your delivery country and region to obtain your dynamic price.

FOREX® COLOR is an expanded PVC substrate that is uniformly coloured throughout, ensuring maximum colour uniformity across the entire surface of the panel.

The file(s) you send us after online payment for your order will be saved in ‘.PDF’ format, in CMYK with 5mm bleed, cut lines, direct tone cutting lines, to ensure optimum printing and cutting of your communication media on Forex color panel.
Our prepress department will ensure, free of charge, that the file(s) sent with your order correspond perfectly to your configuration.

Specify if the desired color is a pantone, metallic or neon.

Pantone = 192 U (for Uncoated paper) or 192 C (for Coated paper)

Metallics = 8221 c (to be used only on coated paper)

Pastels & Neons = violet-0631 u (for Uncoated paper) ou violet-0631 c (for Coated paper).

What are the different types of finishing?

The application of a varnish or a film coating is only allowed on paper with a minimum paper weight of 170gr. Polypro film coating is not recommended on uncoated paper.

Select in the Varnish and Finish section the type of protection available to protect, embellish or stiffen your document.

Varnish online (the cheapest, the fastest) from 135gr.

These varnishes, visually neutral, applied over the entire surface of the document are non-polluting, ecological (water-based). They shorten the drying time of your online impressions.

The satin acrylic varnish has a slightly silky touch less sensitive to scratches.
The glossy acrylic lacquer has a very soft touch.
The matte acrylic varnish has a slightly rough feel.

Spot UV Varnish (the most classy) from 170gr.

The spot UV varnish bring relief to certain parts of your creation and give an elegant side to your prints. It is said to be selective or reserved because it is applied to certain areas of your creations.

3D spot UV varnish flatters both the eye and the touch thanks to its perceptible relief to the eye and the finger.
Spot Uv varnish Glossy consists of applying a thin layer of varnish to your printed media.

Lamination (most common) from 170gr

Glossy polypro lamination is a protective varnish giving a glossy appearance.
The anti-scratch glossy polypro lamination is a superior protective varnish.
The matt polypro lamination is a protective varnish giving a matte appearance.
Anti-scratch polypro matte film is a superior protective varnish.
Soft-touch polypro lamination gives a peach skin feel.
Canvas polypro lamination offers a textured appearance.

You can combine spot UV varnish and laminating to apply multiple colors, multiple effects, and multiple textures to your documents.

Cutting shape option fits for leaflets, flyers, brochures, folders or adhesives. Select this option if you want to make a cut shape.

- For a creativ new shape, please check the box "Create a cut shape". This one will be manufactured by us according to your shape cut (drawn in black 100 % or pantone) transmitted in pdf with your order in addition to your graphic files.

- Check the 'Use an existing cut shape' box if you want to use one of our templates. The layout of our templates should not be changed.

Depending on the countries of destination, additional fees may be required for publishing products, press and graphic industries corresponding to the nomenclature 4909, 4910 and 4911. We will be attached to your package a pro-format invoice in 3 minimum copies and for North America a customs declaration form.

Martinique and Guadeloupe: 8% tax of the value of your order + 21 € all taxes included

French Guiana: 15% tax of the value of your order + 21 € all taxes included

Réunion Island: 15.5% tax of the value of your order + 21 € all taxes included

Switzerland: For product worth less than 1000 CHF (€860): 18 CHF (€15.5) + 3% of the product value. For product worth more than 1000 CHF: 48 CHF + 1.5% of the product value on the part above 1000 CHF.
